One perennial issue is that some may inadvertently navigate to an old Moodle. The culprit is usually due to bookmarking the Moodle site. This URL (web address) includes the academic year information e.g. "... moodle1718.beloit ...," and will only take you to that specific Moodle.
If you navigate to https://moodle.beloit.edu, however, you will always navigate to the current instance. You can make this happen by editing your bookmarked Moodle site.
